I am a California girl who seeks beauty in the simplest of moments. Fashion student turned art student turned photographer. That was my path to this awesome career. Photos are my love language and I have been shooting professionally for almost ten years. After college I taught art and was a nanny so my love and understanding of little ones runs deep. I think it was this time in my life that gave me the comfort of being around newborns and kids, they literally add so much joy into my world. Five years ago I married the most amazing guy who supports this crazy dream of mine. After years of  battling infertility, loss  and IVF we welcomed two sweet boys who light up our lives in ways we never could have imagined. The wild journey into motherhood helps me deeply understand how important that journey into parenthood is and how those postpartum moments are such blurry magic. It was my own struggle that led me to this place in my career, after shooting weddings for years I finally decided to focus on what inspires me most. Motherhood.  I am a sentimental, romantic to my core. Every smile, kiss or cuddle that happens in front of my lens really does melt my heart. Photography becomes all we have to hold onto of our most precious moments, photos fill in the blanks that our minds forget. That's what I love most about my job. Freezing those moments so they can be enjoyed over and over again. Plus, being outside at the most magical golden hours soothes everyone's soul. Hope you meet you soon!
