Q: We want to book, what's the first step?

 

A: Awesome! Once you have contacted us, we schedule a meet and greet. It gives us a chance to get to know one another and see if it's a good fit. We love to work with couples whose personalities and style meshes with ours. It makes the whole process run smoothly and helps us to bring your vision to life.  At this meeting we go over the contract, pricing, and any other question that come up. After that all you have to do is send the contract, then the fun stuff begins! 

 

Q: Why are engagement sessions included?

 

A: Engagement sessions are super important for a couple of reasons. The first is they are a chance for us to become familiar with one another in a more casual setting. Secondly, they are a celebration of your engagement. For many couples, it's the first moment they have that makes it all feel real. For us, it's an opportunity to see how the two of you interact and for you to become comfortable in front of the camera.. That way when we are taking a million photos of you on your wedding day, you already know the drill and feel relaxed. Also, during our in person ordering session it helps establish the type of photos that you are drawn to, which helps us create even better images on the big day!

 

Q: Do the collections include two photographers?

 

A: Yes, all weddings have two shooters. We work exclusively as a team so when you book your wedding you are booking both of us. We have been shooting weddings together for the past six years and love working as a team! It's a huge advantage for you because not only do we get different angles but it allows us to be in two places at one time.. We don't see it as primary and second shooter, we really do love sharing the lead which makes room for more creativity and better coverage during the wedding day.

 

Q: What is an In-Person Ordering Session and what happens?

 

A: In this crazy digital world we find it helpful for couples to see their images in real life. After your engagement session we meet up with the "proofs" from your session. These are the best of the best from your shoot. We lay them all out on the table and you get to pick with ones you love! From there we chat about how you would like to use your credit and show you all our awesome art products. Our goal is to get your images off your computers and onto your walls or into an album.  We do the same thing for your wedding except it's a digital gallery since there are to many awesome shots. We take the time to help you through the deciding and ordering process in person. Wedding photography is an investment, we want you to get the most out of that investment. Creating art from your special day makes your investment that much more special and helps your images to live on so future generations can enjoy them as well!

 

Q: Are digital images included?

 

A: Yes. As much as we want to help turn those digitals into more, such as albums and prints, we also understand how important it is to have the digital copies as well. Every wedding is different so we don't quote a specific number of images but rest assured you will get to have all the best images from your day! Plus our on-line gallery is super easy to share!

 

Q: Do you shoot destination weddings?

 

A: Yes, we love destination weddings! Travel and mileage can affect the pricing however, but that varies based on the location.

Q: Do you shoot elopements or courthouse weddings?

A: Yes! There are our favorites. Doesn't matter the size, even if it is just the two of you, promising forever is a huge deal. It needs to be celebrated and commemorated with photos. Tell us your plans for your day we will try our best to accommodate your budget and create a collection just for you!
